It has become obvious Leaders and Schedulers are not following instructions when reporting matches. I will post some clear yet concise instructions here on how to report a match:
  • First off, ONLY a Leader or Scheduler may report match results. Go to your Division webpage!
  • Following login, click on "Report Scores" above login area.
  • Towards the right side of the page click on "Report".
  • You will be asked to confirm this match, and then be sent to this screen:

Once you're at this screen, first select the winner from the drop down box. The winner's score (rounds won) goes in the Winning Team box. The loser's score (rounds won) goes in the Losing Team box ( the total of these two MUST = 30!) If it's a forfeit "16" goes in Team One box, and "0" goes in Team Two box.

Any match reported as a 16/0 win will be changed to a forfeit win, and any match reported as a 30/0 win must submit as proof:
  • Tabshot screenshots taken at the beginning of both halves showing all players present.
  • Status-in-console screenshots taken at the beginning of both halves showing all players present.
  • All server logs relevant to this particular match.
  • The above-mentioned evidence must be submitted prior to reporting of the match.

If a registrant finds it necessary to participate in more than 1 league (e.g. CS and NS) he must see me on IRC to get his account cloned. Do NOT register a new account!

Regarding the filing of forfeit wins: Our requirements have changed for filing a forfeit win. Please view the rules under Post-Game Requirements for filing a forfeit win: ALSO: ALL teams need to be available to play on match night until at least 15 minutes past default time. Forfeit wins may be denied if we have an opponent for you available at default time.

Requirements for filing a forfeit win:

1. At 8:20pmEST the team's leader must contact the CS:S Director informing him he wishes to file a forfeit win.
2. A tabshot showing all players on the server at 8:15pmEST must be taken and presented in it's original bmp format to the CS:S Director.
3. A status-in-console screenshot showing all players on the server at 8:15pmEST must be taken and presented in it's original bmp format to the CS:S Director.
4. The CS:S Director must be able to verify with your opponent's leader that they are unable to participate.
5. Once the above criteria has been met the CS:S Director will either allow or deny your request.
6. Any team that files a forfeit win without following the above procedures will be suspended for 1 match and may have their forfeit win overturned. ALL teams need to be available to play on match night until at least 15 minutes past default time. Forfeit wins may be denied if we have an opponent for you available at default time.
